Maria has the lead responsibility for EU projects and provides information and advice on various EU project applications. She also represents the office in different contexts in the region and in Brussels. Maria has previously worked at the European Commission’s Directorate General for Regional Policy and as European Affairs Advisor at Central Sweden. Lisa is togheter with Ereou responsible for updating the website and monitor Central Sweden’s different areas of interest. Lisa was born and raised in Örebro and has worked as a professional handball player in Germany and played in the Swedish national team. In December, Lisa will get her Bachelor in Political Science at the University of Örebro. Lisa speaks English and German. Ereou is originally from Togo and grew up in Örebro, he holds a Bachelor in Political Science and is currently reading Masters in Politics and Economics at Stockholm University. Ereou has previosly been part of the UN peacekeeping forces in Liberia. Ereou speaks Swedish, English and French but he also has a good command of Ewe, Kabye and Yoroba.
